CLIENT’S DREAMS & GOALS

This young couple, with a baby on the way and a rambunctious young dog, needed their new home to GROW without adding square footage. They needed a new kitchen with an adjoining family room, updated bathrooms, and a better “flow” for the living room and dining room.

OUR APPROACH

The garage became a new bedroom and bath by raising the garage floor, adding windows, and tucking in a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A dark back bedroom next to the kitchen was turned into a family room with French doors to the backyard.

ENTRY

Organic materials, soft fabrics, natural light invite you into this renovated cottage. A dark accent wall at the end of the hallway is perfect for art & sconces..

DINING

Antique pine corner cabinets mix in well with the updated dining room decor.

LIVING ROOM

This room expresses the client’s free-spirited, romantic style.

KITCHEN & FAMILY ROOM

This family room adjoining the kitchen used to be a dark back bedroom.

MASTER BATH

magnificent Calacatta marble on the counter top and in arabesque tiles on the floor, coupled with large-format wallpaper transformed this master bathroom.

The walk-in shower bench is made from a gorgeous slab of Calacatta marble

GUEST BATHrooms

The classic touches of marble and polished nickel in the hall and guest baths are given some whimsy with fun wall paper, a stained cherry vanity, and a pebbled shower floor
